 - Achieving Global-Standard Ethical Management for Six Consecutive Year

KUHNIL. (CEOs Lee Han-Kuk, Moon Hee-Seok) announced that the company completed the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system certification renewal audit conducted by the Korea Compliance Institute (KCI), achieving re-certification.

This marks the company’s second renewal since its initial certification in 2019, reflecting KUHNIL.’s consistent operation of an ethical management system in line with international standards.

ISO 37001, established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), evaluates whether a company has structured procedures and controls to prevent corruption. Certified companies undergo annual surveillance audits and a full renewal audit every three years.

The company was recognized for its efforts to strengthen corruption risk assessment and monitoring, employee anti-bribery training, and management system procedures. Since introducing the system in 2019, the management’s firm commitment and thorough supervision have embedded anti-bribery practices into KUHNIL.’s organizational culture.

Lee Han-Kuk, CEO of KUHNIL., stated, “This second certification renewal demonstrates that our anti-bribery management system is a core competency and integral to our corporate culture. The company will continue to pursue transparent and fair business practices to remain a trusted pharmaceutical leader.”
